As customers mature in the training environment via practical application and workshops, triVector plays a more supporting role, to ensure that they take full ownership of the final product and design. It enables our customers to execute and manage future projects and confidently utilises existing frameworks and accelerators.
Business Analysis Mentoring
triVector has a wealth of experience in Business Analysis (BA), and assists customers in establishing an internal BA competency by mentoring individuals within the customer’s environment. Mentorship is a practical, on-the-job offering that enables customers’ Business Analysts to confidently and independently add value to projects.
