As a valued Partner of Software AG, triVector was a Silver Sponsor of the annual ProcessForum that took place on 6 June 2012 at the Vodacom Conference Centre in Midrand. We presented at the event and exhibited our service offering. In addition, we networked with fellow colleagues in the industry and build our brand further as a valued Business Process Management player.

Software AG’s Process Forum featured a number of local and international speakers, and discussed the latest market trends and developments within the industry. Our CEO, Dina Jacobs, presented on the topic 'Develop your BPM Roadmap with ARIS support'. Her presentation focused on the development of the BPM Roadmap featuring the Software AG product suite and demonstrated the development in three phases. Firstly, an overview of ARIS support for the Business Model Canvas of Osterwalder provided strategic insight into how ARIS can be used to design the business model through collaboration. In the second phase, the triVector BPM Canvas was positioned as a template to develop the BPM Roadmap with a focus on Software AG products. Lastly, one of the patterns included in the triVector BPM Canvas was highlighted and discussed to illustrate the use of ARIS as part of the SAP ALM ‘pattern’, providing a practical example of the design and management of the Business Model Canvas.
