Dieter Jansen
Director
Dieter began his career as a Metallurgist at Armscor. After completing a Master's Degree in Numerical Process Simulation, he started a Process Modelling and Optimisation initiative at the CSIR's Mattek division. This exposure led him to take up a position at TSW Manufacturing (Tiger Wheels). Dieter expanded his design knowledge by moving into the Production field, where he was responsible for the optimisation of physical casting processes, and later moved into Production Management. Dieter also embarked on an internal coaching and mentoring program, where he raised the level of management skills, thereby enabling the Foundry to run at accepted world-class standards. As a result of this initiative, Dieter was appointed to the Board of the company as HR Director. After two years of executive management, Dieter moved into the consulting arena and joined triVector in 2005. With his vast experience in manufacturing processes, he is involved in consulting focused on industrial solutions. Dieter serves on triVector's Board of Executives and manages the Western Cape Region.
